This feature enables you to search all current and past website subjects.
How to improve your search results:
You can use the Boolean operators "or", "and", or "not" in searching. If you do not enter an operator the default used is "and". The operators are case sensitive-use lowercase ONLY.
Entering "infant or formula"
-retrieves all files containing either the words "infant" or "formula"
Entering "infant and formula"
-retrieves all files containing only the words "infant formula"
Entering "infant and formula not soy "
-retrieves all files containing only the words "infant formula" that do not contain the word "soy"
You can also use the wildcard * only at the end of a word. Usage at the beginning or in the middle of the word will yield no results.
Entering "develop"
-retrieves files which contain "develop"
Entering "develop*"
-retrieves files that contain "develop", "development", and "developmental"
If you receive a "Search Not Found" message:
-check your spelling and/or syntax
-make sure the term has a logical connection to IFC
-try a synonym or alternate spelling
